Chris Lee, our Senior Consultant, has over 20 Years of technical and business experience in both private government partnerships as well as within local government organizations. Working with various municipal and commercial clients, responsibilities have included; plan reviews, permit approvals, code enforcement, and field inspection. Chris previously owned and operated a small home building and remodeling company specializing in new construction and remodeling of homes.
Justin Mercure has over 20 Years of technical and business experience in both government and corporate settings.
His experience includes residential and commercial property
management. He is heavily involved in quoting and managing construction jobs for commercial and governmental organizations. Inspection work covers municipalities, residential and commercial, land development, NPDES inspections and monitoring all over Georgia (certified for Inspections and Plan Review), inspections for banks, and landlords. Justin currently owns and operates several property management groups that buy, sell, rehab, and rent properties in the Metro Atlanta area.
We are the only Level V state recognized certified professional building officials as defined by Building Officials Association in Georgia and Master Code Professionals (MCP) inspection company working in the home inspection industry. We are backed by years of solid experience in the construction industry as well as years of experience within the municipal arena which helps with new construction inspections.

Michael has served as Building Official in numerous jurisdictions in Georgia both as interim as well as primary. He is past Vice President of Northwest Georgia Inspectors Association and a member of the Fire Sprinkler Exam Development Committee for the International Code Councils’ Board for International Professional Standards. Michael has taught home inspection and code certification classes to municipal inspectors, home inspectors, remodelers and builders for over 10 years. Michael has previously owned and operated a small "turn-key" remodeling company specializing in residential and light commercial buildings. He is past Vice President of Northwest Georgia Inspectors Association and a member of the Fire Sprinkler Exam Development Committee for the International Code Council.
Tim Bromley, Senior ADA Consultant. Tim is a Registered Architect in the State of Georgia and Deputized Fire Marshal for Accessibility. He has over 16 years of ADA experience with the Georgia State ADA Coordinator’s Office, Tim has performed ADA evaluations of many of the state’s public facilities. He developed ADA training curriculum and taught ADA compliance classes for the State Fire Marshal and Building Code compliance officials throughout Georgia. Tim also managed the state’s ADA Facility Improvement Program, which included evaluating, reviewing, preparing detailed surveys, supplemental drawings and designs, as well as facilitating the process for allocating funds for state agency ADA construction projects as the Senior ADA Architect.
Michael Nier is a Master Code Professional and holds 38 certifications from ICC and NFPA. He has over 25 Years of technical and managerial experience in both private government partnerships as well as within the traditional municipal government enterprise and within the construction industry. His work with various municipal and commercial clients' responsibilities have included; Chief Building Official for the startup of two cities in Georgia, performing; department set up, organization and implementation, plan review, permitting, code enforcement, field inspection, supervision of other inspections, review staff and training employees.
